Terms

• You need to be an adult to sign in. Accounts are for parents and caregivers, not kids.
• Sign-in is by magic link to your email, so keep that inbox yours.
• You're responsible for what you add, including photos. Only upload things you have the right to share.

• Every household gets a 7-day free trial. No card needed to start.
• After the trial, each event (Christmas, and each kid's birthday) is a separate one-time payment. The price is shown before you pay.
• It's not a subscription. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel.
• If you don't unlock an event, it becomes read-only. Your scores and wishlists stay put.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll sort it out.

Shop opens the store link you saved. Some stores may pay us a small commission, and we disclose it where it happens. We don't sell anything ourselves, and stores' prices, stock and returns are between you and the store.

Price alerts are best-effort. Stores often block automated checks, so always confirm the price on the store's site.

Please don't misuse the app: no breaking in, overloading it, or using it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

• We work hard to keep it running, but the app is provided as is, without guarantees it will always be available.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
• We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
